Of course, the promotion of a new product — the qualification of an employee — is a responsible task, requiring a well-considered strategy. First of all, you need to understand what niche it will occupy, what will determine the interest of potential consumers to it. It would seem that the advantages that a certificate of qualification gives to its owner are obvious. He receives an assessment not of the individual employer, but of the professional community. The degree of security, mobility increases, additional career opportunities open up. Independent assessment of qualification is convenient for the employer, as it simplifies the procedure of personnel certification, guarantees objective evidence of the quality of the workforce. Nevertheless, so far none of the parties shows high interest, apparently waiting for the voluntary procedure to become mandatory and therefore unavoidable.
In this scenario, the risk is obvious that the assessment of qualification will turn into a routine, without becoming the conscious choice of the labor market participants.
